Day 6, Waking Up, Attention

I did Day 6 of the Waking Up course today. I decided to do it on my back outside on a towel while sunbathing. I liked this set up - they went well together - breathing in both light and sound. There wasn’t anything particular about this meditation. Again Harris had his listeners start with their breathing and pay attention to it. He also asked us to pay attention to any thoughts that might pop up, why they popped up, and what happens to them afterwards. Harris also said to find moments of mindfulness throughout the day, and carry the meditation into the rest of the day.
