You can read this book from cover to cover or explore a topic that interests you. The passages are only 1 page and sometimes only half the page so it is easy to incorporate into your day.

Her online course in Positive Psychology is from Coursera: “This course discusses research findings in the field of positive psychology, conducted by Barbara Fredrickson and her colleagues. It also features practical applications of this science that you can put to use immediately to help you live a full and meaningful life.” Her book was the original inspiration and her course really puts it in action.
