Day 5, Waking Up, Thoughts

Today I did Day 5 of the Waking Up course. As always, Harris started with focused breathing, then he moved on to noticing sensations. Day 5 was pretty unstructured - he put emphasis on noticing sensations, your thoughts, and your feelings. He left space and stayed silent so the listener could let their mind wander and notice their thoughts. He said not to judge your thoughts, just notice that they appeared and maybe what feeling they caused. I did this meditation later in the day, which again reminds me to do it in the morning.
