My Health & Wellness Plan

I took a much needed break from blogging to focus on school, college applications, leading a club called Sources of Strength at my high school, practicing self care, and spending a lot of time with friends and family. I created a health and wellness plan with my doctor, parents, and therapist. I made the plan to help with mental and physical health and to implement some much needed structure in my day. I’m going to outline the plan and supplements I take below. Here are my Daily Habits:

  1. Exercising/Movement for 30 minutes

  2. Meditating 1-2 times

  3. Taking core supplements

  4. Capturing thoughts and emotions

  5. Interacting with a coach/therapist (Curable & Headspace - which are apps, or with a Cognitive Behavior Therapy therapist)

  6. Lowering amount of inflammatories like sugar and dairy

  7. Getting out in the sun 

  8. Have positive connections - (with family, friends, animals)

Every Morning:

  • *Cerenity Blend - (3 capsules)

  • *Lithium Orotate 20 mg - (2 capsules)

  • Vitamin B Complex - (2 capsules)

  • Vitamin C - Camu Camu (2 capsules)

  • Vitamin D 

  • *CBD 5-7 drops of oil - if needed 

  • Organ Complex (2 capsules)

  • *L - Theanine 400mg (1 capsule)

  • Chinese herbs for skin

With food:

  • Meriva Curcumin Turmeric  1000mg - (1 capsule)

  • MSM (sulfur) 1000mg - (1 capsule) for skin 

  • Probiotic for skin 


Every Night:

  • *Cerenity Blend - (3 capsules) as needed

  • *L - Theanine 400mg - (1 capsule) 

  • *Lithium Orotate 20 mg - (2 capsules) 

  • Magnesium Glycinate 1000 mg (1 capsule)

  • *CBD 5-7 drops of oil - if needed 


As Needed for Anxiety:

  • *Kava Kava Tea or capsules

  • *Serotonin (Natural Stacks) - (3 capsules)

  • *Inositol up to 8 grams a day - mix in water (¼ tsp)

  • *L- Theanine 400mg (1 capsule)


As Needed for Sleep:

  • *Passion Flower tincture

  • *Gaba - (1 capsule) 

  • Phosphatidyl Serine
