Day 10 & 11 Waking Up, Separation

Today I did the Day 10 meditation after experiencing a lot of anger. After a couple of minutes of meditating my anger completely resolved - it felt so good to let go. It reminds me of how meditation is really one of the keys to helping psychological issues. I hope to slowly take meditation and mindfulness and apply it to the rest of my day. For example, when I was feeling angry, in that moment I should have just taken a couple of breathes and paid attention to the feeling of anger, separate from it and think about why it was there. I’m starting to notice a profound difference in the way I feel once I start meditating. It’s so exciting to discover something so important that works so well. I decided to do Day 11 later on that day to keep that good feeling going.
